How do I get Paid?

We offer payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Check.

When will you process my order?
We process all orders same business day we receive your package.
How soon will I get paid?

Once we received your device we issue payment that very same business day.

For PayPal, your funds will reach your account that very same day.

For Bank Transfers, your funds are issued the same day but may take up to 3 business days to receive in your account. 

For Checks, we mail your check that same day but can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the check in your mailbox. 

 

Can I cancel a trade-in?

If you haven’t dropped off or shipped your device, you can cancel your trade-in by simply keeping your device. If you’ve already sent us your device, the trade-in can be canceled upon request. If you receive a revised trade-in value after the inspection of your device, which is lower than your quoted initial value, you can then choose to reject it, and we will ship your device back for free.
