We use both USPS & FedEx. The value and weight of your package will determine what carrier of shipping label you receive.
While creating your quote online you will be asked if you need us to send you a shipping label free of charge instead of printing it out.
There is no cost to ship your devices using our standard shipping method. During check out you may see the option to upgrade to express shipping for an additional fee.
Please send your devices within 30 days of creating a buyback. If we receive an expired buyback we will re-quote your devices to our current price.
All packages are insured up to $100 for free. If you'd like, you can purchase additional shipping insurance to cover the full value of your buyback.
We currently do not purchase items from outside the United States.
After submitting your buyback online, you will be able to print your shipping label immediately from your buyback confirmation page. You can also log into your account from any computer at a later date to reprint your shipping label.
In most cases we do not require any accessories or chargers. Please ready the condition terms carefully as some items may require the charger to get full value.
We recommend you try using only one package to ship your devices. For larger orders if that is not possible you can always request more shipping labels right from your order confirmation page or by visiting this link:
